  • I have meticulously designed and established a highly efficient sales funnel, expertly engineered to transform prospective leads into loyal Bridal Goddess customers. A comprehensive funnel for your business integrates a range of customized HoneyBook tools, re-designed to align with the brand identity including a website contact form, a captivating brochure, meticulously crafted proposals and contracts, and insightful questionnaire. This will help you run your business on autopilot.

  • I crafted a series of email templates each tailored to embody the essence of the brand’s voice. These templates serve as gentle reminders to customers to complete vital actions, such as filling out the brochure or making their initial payment to secure their date. To ensure that no potential leads slip through the cracks, these emails have been strategically automated, triggering a specific number of days after a task has been marked complete within the workflow. . Furthermore, I incorporated additional emails into the brand templates, addressing commonly asked questions. This meticulous setup guarantees that all protective leads receive the necessary attention and follow-up without the company having to respond to each email.

  • To enhance efficiency and address both client and team needs, I created essential brand materials, such as a welcome packet for brides, a wedding day-of guide, and an employee handbook. Furthermore, I established a post-wedding system to manage balance payments, gather feedback, and showcase wedding photos on our social media.

  • During my time at Bridal Goddess, I led a team of 15, training them in Slack, Honeybook, and Google Calendar usage. I managed the company phone system via Openphone and set up a Zapier integration to automate data transfer between Honeybook, Google Calendar, and Open Phone. Additionally, I streamlined marketing projects by using Asana for efficient project management.
